Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyClaw services provided by ELANRA LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our").
1. Service description
MyClaw provides professional setup and configuration of OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant platform, on your personal hardware. Our service includes:
- Remote installation and configuration of OpenClaw on your Mac
- Security hardening following the official OpenClaw hardening guide
- Integration setup (messaging, calendar, email, etc.)
- Post-setup support for the duration specified in your plan
- Optional ongoing maintenance via Managed Care plans
2. What we are and what we aren't
We are a setup and configuration service. We are not:
- The creators or maintainers of OpenClaw (OpenClaw is open-source software maintained by its community)
- An AI provider (you need your own AI model subscription or API tokens)
- A hardware vendor (you provide your own Mac)
- Responsible for the ongoing behavior or outputs of your AI agent after setup
3. Requirements
To use our service, you need:
- A Mac computer (Mac mini, Mac Studio, MacBook, or iMac)
- A cloud AI model (API tokens from Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google, or other supported providers)
- A stable internet connection
- The ability to grant temporary remote screen sharing access during setup
4. Fit review, payment, and refunds
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Setup work begins with a fit and scope review. We may decline, rescope, or postpone a setup if your hardware, requirements, timing, or technical readiness are not a good match for the purchased plan
- Setup fees are one-time payments charged before the setup session. If Stripe checkout is used before review, the purchase is still subject to fit approval and scope confirmation
- Managed Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
- Refund policy: Full refund if we decline the engagement during fit review or if we cannot deliver the agreed setup scope. No refund is owed for client-side blockers, major scope mismatch disclosed after purchase, failure to provide required access/accounts, or last-minute expansion of requirements outside the approved scope. In those cases, we may offer rescheduling or a revised scope instead
5. Device access
- During setup, we require temporary remote access to your device via screen sharing
- We will only access your device during the scheduled setup session
- We will not install any persistent remote access tools unless explicitly requested
- After setup is complete, we have no access to your device unless you explicitly grant it for maintenance
6. Your responsibilities
- Keeping your AI model subscription active
- Keeping your device powered on and connected to the internet for your agent to function
- Providing accurate information during fit review, including your hardware, intended use cases, integrations, and any deadlines that could affect scope
- Being available for the scheduled session and supplying the required access, credentials, and approvals needed to complete setup
- Understanding that while day-to-day use is conversational, OpenClaw is still advanced software under active development and may require occasional troubleshooting, maintenance, or paid support after delivery
- Not sharing your agent's credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
- Using your AI agent in compliance with applicable laws and the AI provider's terms of service
7. Third-party software disclaimer
OpenClaw is open-source software under active development maintained by its community — not by MyClaw. We configure it on your behalf but do not control its codebase, updates, security patches, or future behavior. Specifically:
- OpenClaw updates may introduce breaking changes, security vulnerabilities, or altered functionality after our setup is complete
- AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) may change their APIs, pricing, or terms at any time
- Third-party integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.) are subject to their own terms and may change without notice
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from updates to OpenClaw or third-party services after our setup is delivered
8. Limitation of liability
MyClaw provides a setup and configuration service. We are not liable for:
- Actions taken by your AI agent after setup — the agent operates autonomously on your hardware
- Data loss, corruption, or damage to your device, files, or work caused by the AI agent or OpenClaw software
- Security breaches resulting from OpenClaw vulnerabilities, misconfigured settings changed after our setup, or third-party exploits
- Downtime or service interruptions caused by OpenClaw updates, AI provider changes, or your internet/hardware
- Any content generated, sent, or acted upon by your AI agent
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
You acknowledge that running an AI agent with access to your messaging, files, and tools carries inherent risk. We recommend regular backups and periodic review of your agent's actions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Managed Care plans
- Managed Care is an optional monthly subscription for ongoing maintenance and support
- You can cancel at any time — your agent will continue to run without it
- Managed Care includes email support, troubleshooting, and advice as specified in your plan
- Each maintenance session requires your explicit permission and scheduled access
- Managed Care is a support service only. We assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and updates, but we are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or disruption caused by OpenClaw software, AI agent behavior, or third-party service changes — whether or not the issue occurs during or after a support session
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
